"We have recently spent a week in May in this lovely and spacious apartment. The apartment is situated in a quiet location close to all the attractions Paphos has to offer. We suggest hiring a car and then you can venture out and find secluded beaches and much more besides.   We found the apartment has everything you need and the air conditioning was superb. ”Perfectly placed apartment in quiet area of town, 15-20 minutes walk from all attractions and the amazing old town centre. If historical sites are your thing Paphos has it all. Amazing roman mosaics, hidden cathedrals and underground 3000bc homes, it's quite an incredible place and European city of culture 2017. Apartment is really comfortable for up to 4 with a wee view of the sea and a couple of pools to choose from adjacent to the apartment if the beach is not your choice on any day. Beaches are mainly rocky with a couple of sandy spots within 10 mins of apartment and an easy walk, they are nice and breezy so ideal for sunbathing. The local Cypriot restaurants are amazing with wonderful local produce and lovely wines, you will be the poorer for not trying them both. “We have just come back from a lovely week away. The apartment is great, it is clean, tidy, spacious and is located in a safe, quiet area. There is a shared pool which doesn't get busy and has plenty of sunbeds around it. Located close to the apartment are a variety of restaurants and shops. The food was very nice, in particular we would recommended Poseidonas, Sisyfos and Chloe's, located along the harbour. Me and a friend stayed in the apartment at the end of July and had a great time. The apartment was in a really good location only a 5 minute walk from tomb of the kings road where there are some lovely restaurants and a modern mall. The apartment was clean and very spacious. There was a lot to do in the surrounding area we really enjoyed the water park in Limassol. I would definitely go back! - Jacob Cook

"First time in Paphos..."
The apartment is located in a quiet complex about 5/10 mins walk from "the main stretch": Tomb of The Kings Avenue. This is the main road that takes you to Paphos Harbour. Many restaurants and bars can be found along the way. The World Heritage Site, "Tomb of The Kings", is only a short walk away and well worth a visit!
The apartment is very comfortable & spacious and has everything you need... the air conditioning is especially very welcome! There are lovely views from the balcony and the swimming pool is right on your doorstep.
We had an amazing week in Paphos as the weather was incredibly reliable and there was so much to do. I would highly recommend visiting the "Mosaics" and taking the Coastal path Segway Tour!
The "Muse" restaurant, heading toward the Town Hall, is definitely worth the climb - not only for the amazing views, but for the best service and food we received all week.
Getting around was very easy. There is a reliable bus service that goes along TOTK road which can take you to Coral Bay (beautiful beaches) and to the main depot next to the harbour. Going regularly to the Harbour makes it worth getting the "week's bus pass", otherwise it's 1.50Eur each time. You can of course walk all around Paphos as well, and the coastal path walk is particularly beautiful.
Overall, we were very impressed with the apartment and particularly its location and peacefulness. We had such a lovely time and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Cyprus. We would definitely go again! David King

We had an amazing break, the apartment is wonderful !!
Ideal location...everything you need within easy walking distance or a simple bus ride away.
We ventured out on the buses...brilliant value for money..€1.50.. We divided our time between the harbour and the beach by the lighthouse ..the restaurant there is fab..can’t believe how cheap the sun beds and the food are and cold beers/drinks are excellent.
Thank you for arranging the taxi...really impressed with the Company..really friendly and helpful drivers.
We would 100% recommend visiting Paphos and your apartment...lovely furnishings with everything you could possibly want.  Once again a massive thank you from Debbie and Darren.

We have recently stayed at Chris & Rachel’s apartment in Paphos.  The apartment is tastefully furnished with all you need and is in a great location, on a quiet and small complex with a pool.  Both the balcony at the front and back get the sun so you can make the most of it all day.  The Air conditioning was brilliant, cooled down the rooms very quickly.

We decided to take an open top bus tour to familiarize ourselves with the area, and made use of the local buses which were very good and cheap.  We took the coastal walk to the harbour many times taking in the views and using the beach and beach bar on route to the castle. 

We visited many restaurants over the 10 days holiday and we went to the Duomo Restaurant on Tomb of the Kings Road a couple of times as we really enjoyed the food there.

There is an ice-cream parlour opposite the Bus Station on the harbour which has amazing ice-creams and the restaurant next door to it (The Harbour) served really nice meze dishes.

Before returning home we were able to print our boarding passes at Black Velvet on Tomb of the Kings road near the shopping mall. They were very helpful.

All in all we had a lovely relaxing holiday, thanks for letting us use your apartment Chris & Rachel.    Cheryl & Neil Osborne.

It was our first time to Cyprus, we had a one week stay in October weather was just right. Transfer from airport was very efficient, organised by Rachel. Apartment was well equipped, clean and homely. We had a community swimming pool in a quiet area with sun beds which we used 3 times in the week and caught the local bus 3 times to Coral bay which we recommend. The local bus only costs 1.5 euros each way. Followed some of the restaurant recommendations, we liked Laona in the old town the best. Also the harbour and several along Tomb of the kings road. 

Excursions can also be booked along kings road, we went on a luxury boat cruise which was very good. In all we had a very enjoyable time.

My husband, daughter and I have just returned from a lovely stay in your fantastic apartment. The weather was wonderful and we were able to use the pool each day. The apartment is really modern and clean, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The location is brilliant, we made several trips up to the old town - about a 15 minute walk and there were plenty of shops and restaurants there some with amazing views of the coast. We also enjoyed the coastal walk to the harbour and were spoilt for choice with restaurants! We would recommend the water park in Paphos it is well maintained and has plenty of different slides for all ages. It is easy to get to,  we hopped on a bus at the harbour bus station and it took us about 10 minutes to get there. We had one cloudy day during our week so we went to the shopping mall on Tomb of The Kings Road, it has some great shops and we easily spent a few hours there. We look forward to returning!

What a little gem! :)))) A MUST!!

We took a winter break to this beautiful apartment situated in CyKing Village which was conveniently only around 20 minutes or so from Paphos Airport. We arrived at this charming well equipped apartment in a quiet cul de sac. It was like home from home, beautifully decorated, immaculate and provided everything you need for a self catering apartment. Some days, we would take a picnic with us and hire some bikes, other days chill by the pool. Everything you need for a relaxing break being within a short walking distance from, shops, restaurants and historical sites. We particularly enjoyed the panoramic views on the coastal walk from the beach to the harbour which always ended up having a lovely lunch or evening meal. The buses are so regular and cheap at 1.50 euro all around the area, but to enjoy all of Cyprus we would recommend hiring a car. Temperatures were surprisingly much hotter than expected for late March / early April and so we enjoyed the private pool and amenities at every opportunity. This made a very welcome change to our usual all inclusive jaunts and found the local food delicious and very reasonable. Returned very relaxed and enjoyed it immensely. I have already booked this apartment again for a special weekend away in the summer and November as well. Thank you to the owners Chris & Rachel for introducing this apartment to us. It is now my hide away xx

I recently spent a wonderful week in Paphos staying in Rachel and Chris’s  lovely, airy spacious apartment. It is exactly as per the images  on the website and I was not disappointed at all. It is very well furnished and a lot of hard work and care has gone into making this two bedroom apartment the perfect venue for a short or long stay. Very comfortable and a balcony at the rear with a view of the sea on the other side of the main road.

It is only 10 minutes walk to Tomb of the Kings Road where a lot of the restaurants and shops are located and and a further five minutes’ walk down to the beach where there are a number of places where the public can bathe and the nearest is a sheltered cove beside the Elysium Hotel. It is almost exactly between the main road and the old town which also has a number of restaurants. You are spoilt for choice of cuisine there but there are some excellent little restaurants serving Greek Cypriot  cuisine too.

If you like archaeological sites then Paphos is the place with three main sites and two of them huge including a necropolis (the nearest)!  You can go into the tombs and another site has a magnificent display of mosaics with images of ancient Greek  mythical characters and very intricate geometrical patterns.

I only stayed there a week and did not get round to venturing away from the town but I will be back!

I would like to thank the owners for introducing me to Paphos as I had never been to Cyprus before.

We stayed in Chris and Rachel’s apartment mid September with the temperature being about 30 everyday! Only 20 minutes  in a car from airport to this lovely apartment. On arrival we found everything we needed, they have thought of everything, home from home, clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The apartment is on a small complex with a swimming pool with beds, cushions and umbrellas provided. The balcony is positioned so well to enjoy to watch the sunset with distant views over the sea.

It is nicely situated 10 minutes walk from the Tomb of Kings Road and 15 minute walk to the old Town. I was lucky enough that Rachel had enquired about gluten free dining  previously and found us some lovely restaurants , The Muse in old town with a fabulous view overlooking Paphos, quaint Palia Llektrii to name a couple.

We spent a day at Corallia beach, enjoying the gorgeous clear sea, a day excursion on quad bikes including a boat trip to The Blue Lagoon , where the boat stopped and we were able jump into the sea.

The Secret Valley golf course was a great course to play with beautiful surroundings and several more golf courses in the area to be played next time!!

If you are missing a bit of retail therapy, there is an excellent shopping mall too.

This was our first time to Cyprus and will definitely be going again. Thank you for all your help, you made this a stress free holiday with all your recommendations.

We had a lovely stay at Chris and Rachel’s apartment in Paphos. The apartment is in an excellent position, spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday.

The seafront, the Tomb of the Kings Road and the old town, along with plenty of choice of excellent restaurants, are all within easy walking distance of the apartment. Although a car is not a necessity, there is plenty to do in the immediate area, there are a lot of pretty villages and a lovely beach only a short drive away. Limassol is also well worth a visit if you want to go a little further afield.

If needed, there is a very good supermarket very close by, and if you like shopping, there is also a large mall with plenty of choice of shops only a short walk away.

We can highly recommend a stay at this lovely apartment definitely be returning in the not to distant future.

We stopped at Rachel and Chris apartment from June 4th - June 18th 2019 it is in a quiet location just 5 mins away from the main stretch with bars and restaurants also close to the bus routes etc, the apartment is spacious and has everything you will need to use during your stay e.g cooker,fridge/freezer washing machine. 
We used the swimming pool regularly and hired a car in which there was plenty of room to park outside the apartment the neighbours were all pleasant as well we would definitely stop here again thanks for letting us stop here
